We are strengthening our partner ecosystem across the APAC market and looking for an experienced partner-focused professional.
Role Overview
The Partner Account Manager will manage, support and grow partnerships across APAC. This includes consulting partners, resellers, system integrators and ISVs.
The role requires strong relationship management, SaaS experience and familiarity with CRM ecosystems (preferably Salesforce).
The role will also involve travel within India to meet partners and attend industry events, partner meetups and conferences as required.

Key Responsibilities
Partner Management & Enablement
Own and manage a portfolio of partners across APAC including India.
Conduct onboarding sessions, product training, partner QBRs and continuous enablement.
Monitor partner health, engagement and capability readiness.
Revenue & Pipeline Growth
Drive partner-led and partner-influenced revenue pipelines.
Support partners with product demos, pricing and opportunity scoping.
Track opportunities in CRM (Salesforce).
Onboarding & Operations
Manage partner onboarding, agreements, workflows and documentation.
Coordinate with marketing, support, legal and product for consistent partner experience.
Relationship Building
Build long-term relationships with partner executives across the APAC region.
Identify high-potential partners and create structured growth plans.

Required Skills & Experience
3-5 years of experience in Partnerships, Alliances, Channel Sales or SaaS/CRM Account Management.
Experience working with any CRM ecosystem: Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, Lead Squared, Fresh works or similar.
Strong understanding of partner-led GTM motion and co-selling workflows.
Excellent communication skills, especially with international stakeholders.
Ability to run product demos and handle partner concerns.
Comfortable working during APAC/ India time zones.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with partners across APAC/ India is a strong plus.
Exposure to Salesforce / Zoho / HubSpot / SaaS ecosystems is an advantage.
Experience running training, onboarding or partner marketing initiatives.
